"OK, I get that diversity is important, but how I do how do I build a sustainable diversity strategy?"

"Why does my staff avoid attending diversity training?"

Sound familiar? Many management professionals have asked us for advice on how to convince senior management on the importance of diversity. Many of you have also told us that you are struggling with building and implementing a diversity strategy. Join us for a complimentary breakfast seminar that will walk you through a three phased method that will help you build your business case for diversity and for integrating diversity throughout your organization, guided by one of the top experts in the field.

Dr. Judy Laws will guide you in developing your diversity strategy. Using her real world experience in developing strategies and her theoretical know-how, Judy will direct you through the guide posts to developing a successful and sustainable diversity strategy. Her experience in the field will help you avoid a stop-gap approach to diversity, and develop a strategy that fosters a truly inclusive workplace culture.

Dr. Laws will then help you explore the next step of developing the tips and tactics to ensure your diversity training initiatives are successful. In our experience, successful diversity strategies require training. With over fifteen years of personal insight into successful diversity training initiatives in all industries, levels of seniority and organizational cultures, Judy knows what works, and just as importantly, what doesn't. She will present the top five tips to ensure your training fosters lasting behavioral change.
