"Thank you for your presentation on Diversity, “The Cost of the Closet”. This presentation was extremely enlightening and informative. The interactive exercises were creative and definitely served the purpose for which they were designed.

Laraine Kaminsky is a fantastic speaker showing expertise, professionalism, as well as humour in her presentations.

The only negative thing I can say is that I wish we could have had more time with Laraine and gone more into depth on this topic as her knowledge and insight are endless. Hopefully next time we can engage Laraine for a longer period of time to address another topic."

“Laraine was terrific on her topic of cultural awareness. Although she got the dreaded after-lunch spot, she was full of contagious zip and enthusiasm, engaging the audience to participation. I thought she was a lot of fun, well prepared, with handouts, well-paced slides, anecdotes and jokes. She was at ease with a mixed audience of boomer males and females, plus a variety of other ages. I'd recommend her for your members”.

“ All the buzz around the office centers around the impact John had. Everyone found John’s presentation phenomenal. I find it very exciting to hear that people were so open to this topic and all that acknowledgement is solely reflective of himself. Everyone came away sincerely enthused and inspired. Never in my recollection at the conference have we had the applause last that long. John is truly inspirational. The only shame is that we did not have more time, but most importantly, the door was opened. With the energy John stirred I hope to see further opportunity for him to come back and sincerely hope that an event to personally hear your entire discussion will result. Thank you for joining us and opening our minds.”

“Laraine is an exceptional key-note speaker. She is able to engage the audience with interesting, high-impact information which she peppers with intelligent humour and just the right amount of interaction. Our diverse audience was impressed by her vast knowledge of cross-cultural issues and her ability to pull together and make sense of the complex pieces that is 'diversity'"

"CSC rolled out its first Diversity in the Workplace training program for our Management Team in the fall of 2005 in partnership with Graybridge Malkam. Noëlle Richardson was instrumental in communicating the importance of Diversity to our managers. She was able to generate and sustain a healthy, interactive dialogue on a topic that has many different viewpoints.

As CSC Canada's employee population is geographically dispersed, it was important for us to have the ability to provide our Management Team with access to the Diversity initiative. This need was met by a number of traditional classroom-style sessions as well as a virtual session that proved quite successful. While Graybridge Malkam had not experienced virtual delivery before, they were willing to partner with us to deliver a quality product via webmeeting and conference call, which again showcased Noelle's talents."

Director, Human Resources
