John has been delivering diversity training for more than 10 years, beginning at a large, high-tech sector, multi-national company where John held senior management positions for some 25 years.

His involvement with diversity initiatives includes helping to develop and revise course content, and, facilitating hundreds of Diversity workshops and seminars all over the world. John has also facilitated numerous Employment Equity and Respectful Workplace training sessions, as well as Intercultural Effectiveness training for employees working internationally.

Since November 2001, John has worked as an integral part of Graybridge Malkam's facilitation, consultation and design team, delivering workshops, keynote addresses and team interventions for private and public sector clients. A much sought after key member of Graybridge Malkam's team of facilitators, John brings with him a world of experience and provides participants with unique insights into the dimensions and value of diversity in today's workplace.
